This notice explains what personal information Lotties Play Café (“we”) collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are at The Hive, Warrington, WA1 1XG. For anything about your data, use the contact page.

What we collect

• Email updates. Your first name and email address when you sign up to hear about opening and bookings.
• Enquiries. Your name, email address and message when you use the contact form.
• Bookings and purchases. Your name, contact details, the session, how many children and adults are coming, and what you paid. Card payments are handled by Square. We never see or store your full card details.

Why we use it

• To send the updates you asked for. The legal basis is your consent, and every email lets you unsubscribe.
• To answer your enquiry and to run your booking. The legal basis is taking the steps you asked for, or our contract with you.
• To keep the financial records the law requires.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anything you would not expect.

Who else handles it

• Our website host, which stores the site and its database.
• Square, which takes card payments and runs our gift cards.

How long we keep it

• Email updates: until you unsubscribe.
• Enquiries: up to 12 months.
• Bookings and payments: six years, as tax law requires.

Cookies

The site only uses the cookies it needs to work, such as keeping your basket and booking together while you check out, and those Square needs to take a payment safely. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask you first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Contact us through the contact page and we will reply within one month.
